Sproles tonight if he plays or Bobby Rainey?

One of my starters has a bye and my options are Sproles tonight (if he plays, short week after the injury and didn't practice all week) or Rainey for TB, who has been productive and had a big game last week.

Rainey's matchup on paper isn't great but TB is a run first offense and the OL is playing really well...roll Rainey

Rainey is running hard and has a very good o-line, but Detroit has a very good d-line and is good against the run. He's probably the better play though as I think Sproles will rest most of the game.
