If she was hit on the head as she told her friends and family, surely someone would have noticed her walking out of the norm, but this was not reported. The rape examination administered showed no signs of bruising on her head.

4. The accuser claims she got in a cab with three black males who used their FSUcards to get discounts. A search of the records from that night turned up no discounts reported.

5. If the accuser was blacking out as she said, not only would people have noticed her swaying around and falling over, but she would not have been able to ride on the scooter with Winston without falling over. Ronald Darby claims she had a lucid 20 minute conversation with Winston and left on the back of his scooter with her holding onto him.

6. The rape kit performed at the hospital turned up no signs of forced penetration. This would have been the damning evidence, but it was not there. With no head injury, no drugs and not nearly enough alcohol in her system, she wouldn't have been laying lifeless and just taking it.

7. Ronald Darby and Chris Casher both claim that the accuser was walking and talking in a calm, normal manner and that she willingly performed oral sex on Winston. She was involved in the sex act and deemed a willing participant.

This is only a partial sampling of facts I gathered from one 15 page report and this alone is enough to dispute the accuser's recall of events.

I'm pretty sure that lie was created to give some indication she was lured outside, rather than simply following the quarterback out of Potbelly's, and wedging herself into a cab with 3 big football players.
