I agree, a lot of times women try to exploit men in situations like this, but this was before he was super successful and she called the cops to report it right after it happened. Then it went away after she was encouraged to not press charges. I don't think he beat her arse and raped her like you see in the movies, but I'll bet some sketchy shite went down.
If you can't see that then no reason to even discuss it with some of you windlowlickers.

She didn't know it was Jameis Winston initially when she filed the report it seems. She was shown his face and identified him at that point.
At least that's how it seems to me.

Well put. Yes the people that try to exploit men in powerful position are shite humans, just like the people who automatically assume that the girl got drunk, had sex with him and now is embarassed or something and crying "rape". Can't we hold off judgment until we actually know shite?

If she was out to hurt Winston, she would have gone public when they refused to get DNA and bloodwork from Winston and interview his roommate.
Obviously they didn't want this to look like they were just out to exploit a high profile athlete. They are only coming public now after finding out Winston knew of the allegations and that was the only reason for not interviewing and getting DNA.
That's pretty fricked up and a major conflict of interest.

And honestly what the cops told her is true. She opens herself up to all kinds of shite if she's possibly embellishing what happened and who she is accusing. She needs to be 100% positive it was JW before moving forward.
The high difference thing doesn't mean much to me. People aren't going to remember that very well. I know if was like 4 or 5 inches, but for some small girl, you really can't tell the difference.
