Completely agree and we all know how much "starter from Day 1" is overused...NOT here. IMO, he is probably the 2nd most important prospect that LSU is going after...NOT saying he is the 2nd best player LSU might sign but is darn close to that. Fournette of course is #1 due to probably LSU losing multiple RBs to the NFL draft. But you add in the embarrassing MLB play this season with the obvious talents, ratings, and who went after this guy, I put him #2 as most important signature to get on a LOI.
You are I agree 100% on his importance and on this rare occasion, "starter from Day 1" is right on target!
