I stated earlier the reason why I think it is because I believe LSU is overdue to play a game like they are capable of playing. We usually see a really good performance, meaning all 4 quarters, about once a year most of the time Les Miles has been here with the exception of a couple of seasons. Frustrating as hell but it's time.

Defense will likely remain clueless as ever, but at least A&M's is worse.

But if Mett has yet another "bad day" and keeps throwing picks...it won't end well.

Have you ever played organized sports? The fans may not feel the team has much to play for but the players certainly do. Pride in playing well. Pride in beating the Heisman trophy winner. Pride in their school. These players haven't gotten to were they are by being quitters.

I think a complete effort isn't defined by the final score its if the players compete for 60 minutes. I think they will and win a close but high scoring game. Hopefully the coaches can put them in position to do so.

I just look at history, and history shows since 08 if LSU loses to bama, the next game is always a huge let down.

This. I'll just add that it's not just Mett, but the offense overall. While they started off hot, it's been nothing but downhill. If the OL continues to play like they have and/or if we have dumb penalties and shoddy execution (which is an LSU hallmark, unfortunately), A&M wins.

A complete game would mean holding A & M to under twenty and LSU scoring 45+.

Troy and La Tech is all I see.

In 2012, we still killed Moo St.

Terrible assumption based on this sample size.

ETA: And we've had a bye to get over this hangover. So, really moot all around.

This board blows my mind.

An Aggie comes here to talk shite, everyone talks it back.

One of our own thinks we're gonna win, thread becomes a sad pity party.
