I know it's not happening , I'm just trying to pick someone's brain that has a lot of knowledge about the odds makers. Want to know if Vegas would have LSU a slight dog , big dog, or maybe even get some points.

doesn't seem like anyone can stop them, and our defense is terrible. I'd say we'd be at least +7

The favored team has the -7 because they are expected to win by that much. For example if the line for Baylor vs. LSU is Baylor -7 then the game in betting eyes starts off LSU 7 Baylor 0. In order for Baylor to "cover" they would have to win by 8 or more. Hope that helps.

I was having a friendly discussion with a co worker about this and I said LSU would be no more than a 3 point dog to them if they played today at a neutral site, he said LSU would be a at least a 12 point dog. So who ever posted the link , thank you because that's what I'm gonna show him.

His numbers are off from most of the industry. Baylor was favored by around 4 TDs against Texas Tech on a neutral field this weekend. His numbers would have it at 14.

Your co worker is closer to being right than that link fwiw.
