Xbox 360 to Xbox One Question - AC4 Black Flag

So if I'm playing the AC4 Black Flag on the 360, when I get the new console, will I be able to transfer over my progression or will I have to begin a new file when on the new console? This kinda sucks if so...

Single player content will not transfer. Things like DLC and season pass will transfer.

I realize I would have to buy the game again, yes. Anything and everything on TD is automatically answered with smartass remarks, gotta love it.
