In our defense, it's so easy to get into the lane now. You basically either steal it or let them get in the lane with the new foul rules

Tired of hearing about the "new foul rule". It's not new, it's just that the refs are actually calling fouls now. Basketball is supposed to be a non-contact sport. I blame Pat Riley and the 1990s Knicks for basket-mug.

Why did it need to be "put in the book"? Since James Naismith, if you use your hands to slow down a defender, it's a foul.

Mickey could be one and done
I have to see him towards the end of the season to judge whether it would be a mistake. He could pick up a lot of experience this year.
