Allen v. Miami

Cooper v. Wash

Also could play Ogboyonna or Jordan Reed. Full PPR.

I think Keenan is the "safer" play. Cooper will either get you 20+ or 2. But has been more consistent with Foles. Tough call really.

This

Cooper is boom or bust. Depends how stable the rest of your team is

Cooper's 4 games with Foles

4 catches 120 yards 1 TD
6 catches 88 yards
5 catches 139 yards 3 TDs
3 catches 103 yards 2 TDs

I am very tempted to start him over Allen in my PPR league. Him and Foles have a connection.

Speaks for itself. I like to look at recent numbers, especially after a qb change. I would go with Cooper.
