Oh, and I'm with you, Synecdoche NY is a terrible film that manages to be pretentious AND staggeringly obvious at the same time. It's the worst kind of movie - a shallow film that thinks it is deep. At least Transformers knows what it is.

The dialogue with Schwartzman (Albert) are great.
And who doesn't love Lily Tomlin and Dustin Hoffman as existential detectives? It's one of my favorites movies.

Yes, I Heart Huckabees is a turd of a movie. That and For Greater Glory are the worst movies I've seen in the last five or so years. I wasn't crazy about Synecdoche but I thought it was a good and interesting movie.
