Currently he's "connected" to an investigation.

Never named in the case, never interviewed by police, no charges filed... but convicted by national press headlines in the minds of some which will haunt him the rest of his life. There is a possibility he was at a party and may know what went down, but that's speculative as well.

By every indication, he's a great kid. With no evidence to the contrary at this point, maybe we wait until we hear he's actually charged before we hang all that R-A-P-E stuff on him?
