Hijack: Prime rib is the most overrated dish there is IMNSHO. It's just roast beef with extra gristle.

Prime rib, by definition, is tender steak level quality. Roast beef can be almost anything.

I had a really good one at Ruffino's not long ago. I haven't had it, but I think Flemming's has a $29.95 prime rib meal on Sundays if I'm not mistaken.
