I'm a Miles supporter first and foremost but I am officially now on the decline bandwagon . Folks it's real and it's happening. A program of LSU status does not get beat soundly no matter who the opponent is and nor do they lose to a depleted team like Ole Miss no matter what the circumstances are. I'm not saying the wheels are coming off but problems are on the horizon. Could it be internal problems, lack of talent , inept coaching, or all the above? Who knows , but it's blatantly obvious that LSU has lost that killer instinct and confidence to dominate opponents no matter who is lined up against them. Hopefully an easy fix is all that is needed. If not LSU football may no longer hold it's " elite" status any longer. Could very well become a middle of the pack team in a brutal conference.

In case you didn't know, we're about to land another huge class with TONS of talent to go along with a great 2013 class. We lost a ton of underclassmen last year.

Hey Chicken Little your sky is falling, but it's gonna be OK. The Tigers are NOT going to compete for a National Championship next year, but that's just how it is.
Demanding that our team play for a National Championship every year is setting yourself up for a LOT of heartache.
We can all be miserable bastards because a lot of our talent headed to the NFL early or we can enjoy the wins they earn and watch the young guys get better.

A winning record in the SEC is not a decline. Beat Texas A&M and Arkansas and there is no decline.

I never expect LSU to compete for a national title every year, that's ludicrous. I was just pointing out that getting beat soundly is not LSU football the way we have been accustomed to lately. So therefore a decline may very well be in effect.

Weren't we hearing this in 08 when we loss five games? And then happened to have an undefeated regular season and title game appearance just 3 years later. Just relax. The sky isn't falling
