Can they just hire Mike Dubose again. Or Derpbo Sweeney.

Saban could be there a long time and I don't expect a drop off in his recruiting as long as he is there. With the talent level they bring in Barney Fife could coach them to NC's. They could be a beast to handle for a long time to come.

Hey man, I'm in favor of them hiring Barney Fife. I think that would be a great fit to go along with their delusional fans.

Stop underclassmen players from going to the NFL and forgoing zillions of dollars.

So instead of 4 year starters - we get 2 or 3 years out of them. Good for them - sucks for us. And there's nothing you can do about it.

Question: What do you think are the 2 or 3 major changes that Les needs to make to catch up to Alabama and keep ahead of Auburn, Ole Miss and Texas A&M?
I don't think it's change, per se, as much as it is consistency.

1. Offense: We haven't had a good, consistent OC since Jimbo Fisher. Since then we had Crowton, Kragthorpe/Studrawa, and now Cam Cameron. If he stays for a while, maybe we find some good rhythm on offense for a few years and bring in stronger offensive recruiting classes.

2. Defense: I like Chavis but his system seems to have a steep learning curve. We lost a lot of great players on defense last year and the difficulty of the underclassmen absorbing the complexities of it reflects on the defensive performance as a whole. 60th in Rush Defense, 66th in Pass Defense, and 29th in Scoring Defense. This is unacceptable. Chavis needs to find a better way to instill his system with up-and-coming players.

Good Lord... they can't win every single game and win the title every single year.

As long as Saban is their HBC, they will good. Learn to deal with that.

And as hard as it is to imagine, we are one second (voted) second chance rematch in 2011 and one 1st down conversion from never having this onversation; bathing in our (LSU's) dynasty of 2, perhaps 3 National championships as well.

Yet they fretted, all of them the bunch of.......... DAMN FRETTERS
