Starting my own shiner breeding ground (water) for my pond....

Ideas? Best way to do this? Fishing tank with aerator? Anyone with experience on this? Thanks and Happy Veterans Day!

Don't worry about breeding your own shiners. If you already have fish in the pond just go buy a couple hundred & throw in there, grab a beer & watch the action 
As long as you have some cover in there after several of these feedings they'll reproduce. Or at least they have in my pond.
