Didn't really see any coaching errors in the game

To me, our players failed the coaching staff.

How does out fullback fumble on the 1-yard line against the #1 team in the nation?

How does our veteran O-line never show up for the Bama game and let Mettenberger get sacked four times?

I felt our gameplan going into the game was pretty decent and our players were prepared. They just made stupid shitty mistakes that cost us the game. We should have been up 14-0 in the first quarter. Our defense should not have given up in the second half.

Coming from a guy who hasn't really supported Miles all the way through, I don't totally blame him for this loss.

3 of those sacks were at the end.

Coach is ultimately responsible for the performance of the players.

It was miles genius idea to give the ball to the fullback from 5 yards out. Prob the only coach in America who would do that.

Blame the coach for not preparing well enough.

Tbh, i thought our team was prepared. Coaches can't do anything about players who decide that holding on to the ball isn't needed

Arguable, man. We were down 14 points with seven minutes left to go

Then I wonder why in any big game where our talent is comparable to our opponent, that you can almost figure before the game even begins that the team that will have errors at the most critical times will be LSU. The team who commits personal fouls, and have mental lapses on critical plays will be LSU. It's almost a given.

That's a legitimate question, but I feel it's misdirected.

Miles gets a pass from me on anything defensively related to the team. I don't think he meddles one bit on that side of the ball.

Chavis is your man here. And only one thing is possible in regards to your question.

There's a coaching deficiency or there is a severe lack of talent on the roster. So much so, that Alabama could be in the red zone on an obvious passing down with 3 wide to one side of the field, and we cover both of the inside receivers with Welter and Barrow.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. If I am on the LSU roster and play a secondary position (CB or S) not breaking the 6 deep, and intend to see actual playing time, I would transfer now.

Because the coaches feel like Welter and Barrow can do a better job in pass coverage than me. This is the only explanation.

I actually felt bad for Miles in the first half. He had a good plan was doing to Bama whatever he wanted then those disasters, you need luck too and Bama has had more than their share of it.

LSU has been playing very undisciplined football. Instead of improving through the year, they have been getting worse. When was the last time we won a bowl game? I honestly never thought I would be this down on our coaching staff, but something has to give

And your boss is responsible for your shitty work performance. That doesn't change then fact you are inept and worthless. Assuming you have a job

You can't shift accountability around to better your argument

Personnel is what pisses me off. Too much #31 and not nearly enough #33.

Who called the play to give it to a fullback coming off of a concussion when we had a RB running well on the drive?
