It used to be a given that if you got tickets for an away game through the LSU ticket office, that it would be pretty much be nothing but LSU fans in your section. That wasnt the case last night. It reminded me of the 2011 national championship game with all the bama fans in the lsu sections. Lsu should probably just offer them to bama fans right away next time.

Well when our fb stops fumbling on the one-yard line against the #1 team in America, maybe I'll reconsider not going

I was very surprised at how few LSU fans made the trip. Visitor sections in the upper deck were only half full of LSU fans at best.

A lot of people stayed home and are still trying to enroll in Obamacare.

Turns out people didn't feel like traveling to Alabama to watch us get the dog shite beat out of us

After going to Athens and Oxford I had no desire to spend the money on a road trip to watch us lose again. Sold my tickets via StubHub to most likely a Bama fan. Tried to sell them to LSU fans but there wash't a lot of interest.

I went to the game. Believe me those who stayed home made the right choice.

I've called myself a die hard fan forever and hated those who weren't. Now I get it. It doesn't mean the same anymore and Im tired of spending money to travel and watch us piss games away. I'll continue to get my tickets and sell them to whoever wants to go if I choose to stay home. If LSU fans aren't buying them that just says how bad it has gotten. And if they think raising prices is the answer ill just have to scalp them for more to Bama fans next year.

Yep, because everyone wants to travel 5-6 hours to go sit in the cold rain to watch their team get arse pounded

I was 20 rows above the band. All LSU in my section.

LSU was still selling tickets on their website last week. I don't know if that means we didn't sell out our ticket allotment or not, but overall the interest wasn't there this season like there usually is for the Bama game.

Was there in NN 4 section. Yes the score hurt a bit, as did the walk to the car. Other than that the LSU folks around us gave it hell. The Bammers were kind of shocked I think at how much fun we were having despite it all. Gave those Bammers plenty to talk about all week.

Obviously you don't make road trips. Nothing sux worse than to make all that effort only to show up and have some home team fan like a gump shaking his Pom Pom in your face all night. All the time you wanna rip the balls off the a-hole at LSU that sold that ticket.
