was anyone else besides me apalled to watch Zach crawling off the field on his last play?

did Copeland being in the doghouse affect protection in the pocket that badly?

why in the world wasn't Jennings put in when it was obvious Zach was hurt?

Our star LT being pushed down on his arse had everything to do with it.

What would be Les' excuse if he played Jennings this year. Next year the excuse will be we "we have a young qb with no experience."

I agree w/ the announcers that Zach was a hero for limping out on his own.

jc cost us the game last year and maybe this year.

Zach stayed in till the end. why hurt the future? the ol was gettin' killed!

I was sickened, and whatever respect I might have had left for Les Miles as a HC died at that moment. He is not good for LSU any more.

Rumor is that Copeland took himself out.

And concede defeat? Can you imagine how pissed people would be at that?

You could have put Jackson State's offensive line in on that last "drive" and they would have done better. It was an utter embarrassment.

And how pissed were people on 1/9 when CLM refused to pull JJ out, or put JL in, or even try Mett at QB when it was clear JJ had nothing to contribute. CLM doesn't seem to mind if people are pissed or not. He's going to do what he's purposed to do.

The truth is you had none for him to begin with. If I am not mistaken you have bashed miles with the best of them. I am more disgusted with our offensive line and bama dc

I thought this too until I saw him walking fine on the sideline 20 seconds later then run off the field when the game was over. Not sure what to think about it to be quite honest.

I do know that his "heroics" are too little too late for this team.

The truth is...
Until last night I at least thought he really meant the best for the team. Last night as Zach was pounded in that last 10 minutes and CLM left him in to the bitter end, I realized he did not care, and probably hasn't cared for a long time. And I realized that CLM just likes to be a kind of jester celebrity, a media football coach oddity, and someone who collects a top 7 in the nation paycheck for his antics and probably believes he earns it.

On that last series down by 21, we had our arse handed to us on the first three downs. Our line couldn't block and our QB was taking a beating. With a 4th and 28 yards for a first down and little time remaining, punt the ball, the game was over.

Why put Mett in position to get hurt with two SEC games left to play?

Of course, the same head coach wouldn't change QB's in the BCS championship game when JJ could do nothing.
