Defensive Player Development: Who Has Improved?

I think we can all agree that our offensive guys (minus the OL) have taken their games to the next level.
Of the following defensive players, I'm not including the frosh because they've only been here a couple months. All the guys listed below have been here at least a couple years and played a lot. Who has improved, stalled, or regressed?
Rasco- stalled
AJohnson- regressed
Ferguson- improved
Hunter- stalled
Allen- stalled
Maclin- regressed
QThomas- stalled
MJohnson- regressed
Welter- regressed, stalled, does it matter?
Barrow- stalled
Alexander- improved
TJones- stalled
Louis- stalled
Phillips- regressed
DJones- stalled
Mills- regressed
Collins- regressed
Martin- regressed
Loston- regressed
Thompson- stalled
Eugene- regressed
DThomas- improved

I wonder if this mentality of that they would just skate on to the nfl has set in with these defensive players. Like they didnt have anything to prove. Id advise they all come back.
Either way the coaches need to sort this out. I hate to say it, but chavis needs to change it up. IF he cant, Les needs to find someone who will. We need to get this defense on par while cam is still here.

I am gonna give Alexander and Beckwith a little slack. I think Alexander could be a good player. Beckwith is just out of position. I think he will eventually be good.

And those few that are improving are doing so in a very marginal way.
