Metro Atlanta sorry. Your acting like driving from marietta to atlanta is even far. Or any where in the metro area for that matter.

I was just giving and idea that a team like uga has that to recruit.

This was all said after 2008. and look what happened. I think Miles will have this team bounce back.

This recruiting year is his most important. He's got to nail it.

I think LSU is losing ground. Not just on Bama, but are probably closer to Auburn/Ole Miss talent which is a far cry from what weve become used to.

I agree. The talent on the d line and corners is as bad as ive seen it in years.

Alabama is heads and shoulders over lsu in talent on the defensive side and last night it showed

winning the sec is not backing in. Sitting at home and getting voted in is backing in.

Yes Sheetbend, they really are this clueless they would no question destroy this teams efforts at recruiting to get rid of Les. They would have no problem seeing this recruiting class which will be the best Les has ever pulled be broken up and distributed to other schools. They are pathetic and are not really fans.

Agree, but i just dont see the dt talent in Lousiana. And yet people are sitting here saying oh you should win cus louisiana is the best and has the best players. It's bull shite. Yes they have some of the best athletes. But those guys play cb and wr. We dont have any dominating presence on the line from louisiana.

What do people think would happen? It would blow this class up. Everyone would have an inroad while we are scrambling to find a coach. Alleva would have his pants down getting butt fricked by the sec.

There's plenty in Texas, Georgia and Florida. Alabama has about the same in state talent La does, but has Auburn to compete with. They do fine.

UGA has the cream of the crop in Georgia talent at its disposal and routinely loses it to teams from all over the SEC.

And when Richt does get good talent, he squanders it. It's a position that Les Miles will very soon find himself in, if he's not already in it.

what about when we get Hootie, Fournette, Willis, and steal Cam Rob from Bama on signing day?

Is this where our fanbase has sunken to- that people belittle our own national title? That someone would say it's "sad" that we forget losses because our team won a title?

Ok, I realize it's taken out of context, and that it follows a disappointing loss. But still- bitching, in any way, shape or form about LSU winning a national title is not being a fan of LSU, no matter how you spin it.

Just, think before you speak/type, fellas.

this is said every year. Literally. And, then we lose a guy or 2 and it ends up being a very solid, but not great class. Frick, we lost Saban on Christmas Day and Miles was able to keep together a good class, though small. If we make a good hire, we could keep a lot of guys in this class who want to play at LSU.

Fans do not keep us anywhere silly boy. You can opine all you want. It will have ZERO affect on who our coach is. I do enjoy a good meltdown, though. Reminds me that I'm still not in need of counseling.

Then Miles will have earned his rep as a great recruiter. I think three of those guys can contribute immediately.

I was fine with losing, everything I thought was going to happen happened. Wasn't mad at Miles, was just the game plan.

The ONLY thing that truly pissed me off that Miles decided was leaving his starting QB in to take abuse the last drive of the game. He didn't throw Mett under the bus, he pushed him in front of the bus.
