Need help on pricing

A good friend of our family passed away a few weeks ago. He had a camp in Chauvin/Cocodrie on Touloulou lane.

Camp Area

They leased the land but owned the camp. Its the bright blue roofed one on the highway side of the road (not on the water).

I am trying to help the widow price the camp but have no idea as they dont own the land. Anybody have an idea how much places like that are going for.

Details:
Its basically a two bedroom raised trailor
Large wooden deck, outside kitchen, attached bunkhouse that sleeps 8.

I know its a shot in the dark but google and other search engines are no help as nothing is listed for sale or previously sold.
