Marshall Eloquently Speaks on "Bullying" in the NFL
I know most people are sick of this shite, and frankly, so am I. I mostly posted this because I was shocked at how poised behind the microphone Marshall is. The guy spoke very clearly and calmly on the issue and I thought it was worth sharing.

It's because of racist mindsets like this from white folk why Obama is president.
"Oh look! He can read, write, and speak well! Let's make ourselves feel good and vote to put him in the White House!"

Marshall did beat his girlfriend and I can't ever condone that, but he spoke honestly and eloquently about his mental illness shortly after that incident.

Eh, I think it's because Marshall has been long known to be a headcase and has had several violent incidents. People would say the same thing about Incognito when he isn't blacked out and trying to play around with Pouncey. Based on off-the-field incidents, they would expect Marshall to be as brain dead as Chris Johnson while Incognito is like the Toronto mayor or a Chris Farley character, when in reality, they are reasonably intelligent guys if they have control of their emotions.
Fwiw, Marshall comes off very well in this interview, as does Incognito when he's being serious. Marshall has been diagnosed with several mental illnesses, and I wouldn't be surprised if Incognito has some stuff going on as well.
In other words, these guys get into trouble not because they are mindless morons but because there are some serious mental health issues.
As for Marshall's point about this specific Bears team, i'm not surprised. Trestman seems like one of the least meathead-friendly coaches in the league, basically the polar opposite of a Jack Del Rio, Mike Ditka, or Mike Singletary.

The public seriously underestimates the power of mental health treatment. Marshall had legitimate issues that with appropriate medication and therapy have allowed him to change his life.
