Can't wait for the FSU/LSU series to go down the same route.

LSU will replace Oklahoma with Akron. This will guarantee a sell out of the nearly 100,000 seat Tiger Stadium.

Wonderful. I'm sure we'll replace them with another neutral site game.

Sounds like LSU thinks the SEC is going to a 9 game conf. schedule pretty soon. If that's the case, I suspect you can kiss all marquee OOC games goodbye. Too much risk for LSU to play an Oregon or Wisconsin when they know they have to play 9 SEC games.

Said it when it was scheduled. Oklahoma will never see the inside of Tiger Stadium.

At this point I believe the days of home and home with top notch programs are over.

I see a kickoff classic with Oklahoma in the near future.

Good, we need games like that to stay in the NC hunt and to keep the program in the black financially.

Am I doing it right?

Oh no! The bucks have a home/home with Oklahoma in 2016/2017. I hope they do not cancel! Don't want to see this as a trend.

frick this shite. frick everything about this shite. Keep that neutral site bullshite for the postseason.

ETA: yes I mad, and I can't believe people are still sacrificing thousands of dollars a year for all the best games to be relegated to fricking Jerryworld and the like. TCU was bad enough, but Wisconsin set me off.

As expected. Verge or whoever is in charge of scheduling is really terrible.

you missed the part where they said

Oklahoma is looking to reschedule

this happens all the time to LSU especially in home and homes. some team is supposed to come to death valley, gets a sniffle or a stubbed toe and our admin is like "sure, you can get out of that contract no prob".

then we play applachian state or some crap. it's been going on since at least the 90's.

other teams do NOT want to come to death valley. which is crazy bc have you seen it lately? it's not the intimidating venue it once was.

But hey...you're not excited about playing Wisky in Houston or going to Lambeau?!?

Me either. Play that series in Tiger Stadium and Camp Randall.

My only issue when the talk of raising ticket prices comes up is this kind of bullshite right here. I have no issues paying premium prices provided that I, as a season ticket holder, actually get an opportunity to see these types of big OOC games happen in Tiger Stadium. Otherwise, it begins to get harder to defend the prices...

yeah, I am fired up about LSU in Reliant Stadium...but as a season ticket holder, I think games against Furman should cost me $10 max.
