Collusion or not.....purposefully getting trade raped

we're at week 10, I rolled Brady so I'm down 200 compared to the top 3 of the top 4 guys. I'm in 5th, but will not be able to beat them in a tie breaker because of points.....so my strategy is to target the bottom guy(only 110 points in front of me) and load up teams playing him.
this week he is playing a guy who just lost mcfadden and drafted wilson.....If I use my waiver to grab Jennings and trade him Jennings and ABrown(another pick-up, not someone I am relying on)...for his kicker and Def(on bye New England)....is that collusion or wrong?
I am trying to get that guy to lose, while winning mine.

I knew it, But in actuality, you took a couple hits this week. I'd rather go after toes being that he's reeling from losing AR...he's got Grem this week, why don't you call that no show up and see if I can get Kap from him or if he can try to at least make a move to start a competitive roster....it behooves both of us for him to at least try to win.

btw, it was to get the guy who stalks here to use his #1 waiver to grab Jennings so that I couldn't follow through with my devious plan, while moving from 5th to 4th spot on waivers.
