I believe the line was initially set around 8 or 9; it's moved because of the volume of bets on Bama.

we're a 2 TD dog on the road but if we don't win this game it will somehow be the worst loss of all time.

how we play determines how bad of a loss it is (if we lose), if we play close and lose a squeaker people will be somewhat pleased i think, if we go and play like shite look unfocused and get drummed then yes people will start categorizing it as the worst loss of all time
Win or lose Les better at least convince us that his team is focused and we have a decent game plan, if he doesn't want alot of heat on him.
