Rodgers owner wants one of my QBs

What should I propose? PPR league with Roster restrictions. 2 QB 4RB 4WR 2TE 2D/ST 2K So I am looking to do a 2 for 2 or a 3 for 3 where I can upgrade at RB or TE.
My Squad:
Stafford and R Wilson
McCoy, Lacy, Sproles and B Brown
Welker, Fitz, TY, Stills
Cameron, Quarless
Seattle and AZ
Zuerlein and Henery
His:
Rodgers and Eli
Moreno, Bush, Lamar, M James
AJ, S Smith, H Douglas, K Wright
Gates and Cumberland
Browns and Colts
Gostkowski and Hauschka
Not looking to trade rape the guy just looking for fair value from a bench QB that I wont use the rest of the year.
Also with a week 12 Philly bye coming up should I drop B Brown and grab something else or should I rely on Sproles to fill my RB2 that week?

2RBs? Do you have a Flex?
I think you have more need at WR than RB.

my theory on all moves involving teams with rodgers, if not having rodgers will cause the owner to miss the playoffs, frick them, dont trade them one of your back ups.
I have Stafford and Kaep, and I wouldn't trade the rodgers owner either for any trade he proposed to me
