Thinking with this nice weather we're having, and just finishing up 7 night shifts, I might fire up the outdoor kitchen this evening. Thinking I'll drink a few beers, spend some time with the wife, might even invite a few friends over. Considering babybacks, talked myself out of gumbo. What to cook on this nice evening? Have a freezer stocked with baby backs, smoked sausage, whole teal and big ducks, backstrap, shrimp, crawfish tails, bisque heads, rabbits, frog legs, and fish. Maybe a good fry night.

If I got to pick and you are set on a fry, I'd say frog legs.

I'd make room for some fresh ducks. Roast or smoke some, and fry some, too.
