Who's the best NFL announcer these days?

I'm going with Aikman, hated him as a player, but love him in the booth.

Play by play I also like Mayock but I feel like he's unpopular bc he tends to repeat himself and get hung up on things.
Aikman is decent but he's WAY too conservative and is prone to the godawful "I think you take the points here" when a coach makes the correct decision to forego a short field goal and go for it on 4th and inches from the 3 yard line.

Michaels is astonishingly hip and aggressive when it comes to 4th down decisions, etc. He's never preachy and likes when teams play aggressive.
