If so, how? What will change? I just don't see how we can win more games without a decent run game.

We actually didn't run it all that bad today. We just didn't stick to it.

If Sean Payton won't let us, then no.

Ingram will eventually come around. He just needs to develop some more.

Something about a run for a first down makes CSP go five wide.

41 yards. 3.2 per carry. You consider that good?

He obviously has no confidence in our backs.

We ran it all of 13 times, and yes, we had some good runs in there.

With a -1 yard Brees kneel and a -7 yard end around to a 3rd string TE. PT/Ingram averaged 4.5YPC. PT has been averaging 4.5ypc over the past 3 games.

dude, he has what? 250 plus carries in the NFL. Just stop. Ingram sucks and our Oline is just as bad.

Wrong. He has no confidence in our Oline.

he's a 3rd year running back. That is a position that should make an immediate impact.

We have to fix the oline and have to show some commitment to the running game . The problem is that SP has absolutely no faith in our offensive line (can't blame him)

If this team is going to have any success at all, it will need to be more balanced on offense. You cannot throw the ball 60 times like this every game.

I hate myself for criticizing a 6-2 football team, but I'm terrified if they can't begin to A) block better on the offensive line and B) commit to an effective running game plan, this team's playoff run will be all too short.

By the way, Carolina is breathing down our necks now.

Ok. Takes those out and we had 50 yards. 50! How can you think that will help win a game? Longest runs were 7, 9 and 13. Just not going to cut it.

That comes down to whether or not Payton will let the run game help us out. PT and Ingram were efficient running the ball. PT has been efficient for 3 straight games.
