How do the FDB folks fry their shrimp!

I'll be frying some crustaceans tomorrow evening and just wanted to see how the rest of the FDB does it. I usually go very simple, egg wash & seasoned flour, then drop them into the Fry Daddy. I like a flour crust rather than heavy batter, will also do cornmeal on occasion but flour is my fave. What method, secret ingredient, batter/wash do you guys prefer?

50-50 seasoned flour and Zats for breading after a quick dip in a egg based bath.

It depends on my mood. I have used cracker meal quite often. Pancake batter works well. Lately, a dip in some corn starch and a roll through the flour is my go to.

Breer, seasoning, 2/3 flour, 1/3 cornstorch in a bowl. Make a slurry with it and dip shrimp in to coat then drop in plastic bag containing the remaining "seasoned flour" mixture without the beer. Drop in fryer

Soak in Pet milk in the fridge for 15 minutes or so. Roll in seasoned flour and fry at 350. Drain on a wire rack.
