This was a subject a while ago about how LSU had the coolest field logo.
ECU placed 3rd or 4th in the vote, so the Pack takes the logo as if Saban was there to put the "Win Bar" up before the field.

Most of college football is unoriginal. Its really hypocritical for LSU fans of all people to get upset about this

Yeah, after the LSU video became a national story (slow summer day) you'd think they'd be a little more careful. Hell, the video is pretty random. ECU's logo has been around for some time and the school is in the same State.

If you havent noticed, colleges "steal" as you like to put it all kinds of things. Chants, cheers, sayings, logos, uniforms, songs, mascots, etc. This isnt some rare egregious occurrence.
You should probably get up in arms about everyone copying whoever decided to have a midfield logo first. Lord forbid they put the state of the school on it when playing their big in state rival for a single game in an attempt to suggest that NC is NC State's state rather than UNC's
It's just a ridiculous thing to get upset about.
