Need advice: I missed a turn coming in this morning and couldn't get to my tree. Got as far as I could go and picked a tree and got up in it. It's an okay spot but not great. Major feeding time starts in an hour or so. Do I get down and move and risk getting busted or sit tight? Leaning toward moving.

You can sit 3 days in the wrong spot, won't make it the right spot.

This is my first time hunting this spot. I've been chasing a pretty nice 8 and I finally figured out where he was bedding. He was on my camera at 5:00 (first day pics I've gotten of him) Wednesday afternoon and 7:00 yesterday evening.

My first time in the woods this year and it was long overdue. There are 4 of us spread out and something will die before dusk.

I'm up here at the camp with my old man. I needed some outdoor therapy after the last few weeks I've had. My old man told me I wouldn't be able to shoot anything with that ice chest of beer with me. After I shot, he texted and asked if I hit. After my confirmation, he replied, "Keep shooting. They're in there." .
