looking for a new LED headlamp

i have a princeton tec fuel that's 40 lumens (i think) runs on 3AAA batteries...looking for something stronger

what are ya'll using?

It's not very big, and it's pretty much a 30 hour portable q-beam.

It's overkill for a walking to the stand light though. Great for driving the boat, frogging, tracking deer, coon hunting, etc.

figured...got a couple qbeams for all that stuff...looking more for something for brushing up the blind in the dark and cookin breakfast on the portable grill, im thinking something around 100 lumens

Sure Fire brah. Don't have it because I haven't dropped 200+ on flashlight but I used my buddy's and it is insane. Like 1800 lumens or something if I remember correctly. With a dial so you have lot of options.

Pops bought that one I posted a few weeks ago and it's pretty badass. I'm going to one-up him and get one with a rheostat though.

My buddy has a very small one that clips on his hat bill and is bright as shite. I'll ask him what it is if I think about it tomorrow.

you may be able to get on sale after hunting season, but with beaver slaying season upon us i doubt i will drop, but you never know

these things are the tits for night fishing...this 40 just aint cutting it

LED is so great.

Gone are the days of turning off the light because you were worried about saving the battery

it's always fun when you're driving the go devil in the swamp and your buddy kicks the wire to the battery for the hardhat headlamp you have on

Just get a Princeton tec in the $150 price range and you will have a beast of a headlamp. They are great lights and very lightweight

started looking at the reflex, looks like the strongest (100 lumens)...want something with just the one band around the head

the Cabela's XPG RGB II has one band and is water resistant and runs for 125 on 3 AAA batteries, also has breakproff lens

for $45 bucks, don't have one.. but do want
