If so, was it worth the money?

They catch some good largemouths. I went with my BIL a few years back in March and we caught a dozen in the 5-8 lb range and lots of small ones. We saw pics of some pigs that were caught..

It's private waters. I fished toho a couple years ago and caught my biggest bass ever. I just wondered if Disney could as good or better.

I know a guide who makes a damned nice living here. The really good lakes are the Windermere chain of lakes which are just North of Disney. The uber rich community, Islesworth is on that chain. Shaq Tiger Woods, among others have mansions on that lake. Anyway, fishing is supposed to be really good on those lakes if you can get access to them.

I'm pretty sure most of the guides use live bait (which I hate) in order to make sure their clients catch a few.

I fished the one in Epcot and by the boardwalk. It was fun and I'm glad I did it, but not worth the money unless you have a few people going.

My wife got that for me for my bday and I think it was $400. I was really the only one to fish. If there were three or four fishing, it would've definitely been worth it.

I usually just bring a rod or 2 and fish the hotel ponds. Caught 2 about 6 each at the Port of Orleans Riverside hotel a few years back. I don't think their little fishing scam is worth the money.

We fished in stealth mode , on fact while we were checking in to room lil choupique caught a 4 lb bass .

We had to trick him the rest of the time we were there and say fishing was closed between 8-6 or he never would have seen magic kingdom

He was 5.

Been to Disney once, the resort we stayed at said you couldnt fish in the ponds. I was pissed. They were awesome looking.

I remember there was a sign that read "our ponds stay closed due to threat of alligator attacks"
