I look at the scoreboard, but not really who is all playing. I mean I've been playing you, frat, and the bottom feeders recently......

Commish runs a loose ship here. In keeper leagues where I see bottom feeders not setting their lineup, they either get A) kicked out the following year or B) lose draft picks for 2 consecutive weeks of no activity

If the league agrees , I like the rule that you lose a draft pick or lose your spot in the league after a certain amount of inactivity. but the rules need to be well-defined. and we all need to agree on it.
I'm on here enough that if someone notices a certain manager is not setting their lineup, I can email that manager within 24 hours.

I was busting your balls about running a loose ship. I'd be in favor of some kind of penalty for a slacking owner.
If we do end up doing a forfeiting certain draft picks, we need to include a stipulation that if the person quits before the next year's draft, those picks are reinstated. That way it doesn't penalize the next owner for the previous owner's inactvity if someone quits
