13th overall in tackles, 2 ints, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble (that saved a touchdown), 5 passes defended.

Arizona got the best steal in the draft.

Haters hate on!

I think it would have been more beneficial to have him last season, no?

I have to say that I didn't think his game would translate like it has.

Good to see the young fella figure it out, on and off the field.

Good for TM. That Arizona, SEC filled, secondary.

PP7 locking people down.

Johnson and TM ball hawking.

50/50.. We couldn't do anything on offense vs UF last year.

Our offense was horrible last season, this year, he would be the glue holding the secondary together.

No losses to either UGA or Ole Miss with TM7 this season.

Yeah but he was gone after last year whether he played or not. So last year was the only realistic shot of him making a difference.

Mathieu wouldn't have allowed that screen winning TD against Alabama.

Peterson and Mathieu are probably going to be the most popular LSU players in the league for several years.

He should have had a pick six yesterday. He's been playing great, I'm really pulling for him.
