MLS is doing an awesome job scheduling Dynamo playoff games. First they play Halloween night, then in the middle of NFL Sunday.
That's Houston's problem, if the Sounders played on Sunday they would have a full house.

Well, the Seahawks and Sounders share a stadium so they can't have a match when the Hawks are in town, that makes it more realistic to sell out when the "competition" is multiple states away. Not to mention that the Sounders have an extremely dedicated fan base, regardless of the NFL. At least the Texans are awful this season and play their home game at night this week, not midday. Dynamo attendance should be decent this weekend.

Well maybe that was a poor example but SKC would be a better one.

My complaint was more for personal reasons than to talk about attendance. The Texans play Sunday night, so the attendance will not be affected by that. But, being a Saints fan, I'd rather the game be a little later than 2:30.

Understandable. Can anyone provide the dates of the semi final legs? Portland Seatle in particular
Posted on 11/1/13 at 11:19 pm to Tweezy
Portland-Seattle is tomorrow night after SKC-NE
Return leg is Wednesday night I believe, that's when the SKC return leg is so I would assume it's on the same night

Cool, thanks. For some reason I remember the MLS playoffs not factoring in away goals? Is that true or am I "misremembering"

New England and SKC are about to start. Don't really have a favorite in this one but just hope for a good game.

CSN has weird intro music.

Does New England always play on such a short field?
Posted on 11/2/13 at 7:35 pm to pvilleguru
I haven't seen them play enough on tv but damn these football lines are terrible.
Posted on 11/2/13 at 7:43 pm to itawambadog
The field is almost as wide as it is long.

Interviews with a player at the half? Do the other regional networks do this?
Posted on 11/2/13 at 8:24 pm to itawambadog
1-0 Revs. SVC where are ya bud?
Posted on 11/2/13 at 8:26 pm to itawambadog
Holy shite that was offside.
Posted on 11/2/13 at 8:27 pm to itawambadog
I've seen it before. I'm not sure if it was this network, though.

How would you have liked to been a Norwich player interviewed today at the half?

So what happens if this game ends 1-0 and SKC wins the next one 1-0? Do they go into extra time?
