Will game be on espn3?

With it being on tiger vision, will it be blacked out to Louisiana subscribers that don't pay tiger vision fee?
Ive got a Halloween party with the kids tonight and don't know if I can catch it on my 'watch ESPN' app or not.

No. It uses your IP address to locate you. There are ways to fool it into thinking you are somewhere else. But I'm not posting them on this forum.
ETA-of course, if you're using 3G or 4g, that may different. Not sure how that would work.

From what I've read it uses cell towers to find your location.
