Should I seriously consider starting Marques Colston?

He's done nothing all year, but my WRs, not on a bye, include:
Julian Edelman
Cecil Shorts
Harry Douglas
Mike Wallace
and Colston
I need three WRs in this non-ppr.

I believe in colston this week. bills are not good at pass D. graham may not play. colston may have been dealing with an undisclosed injury and 2 weeks rest may have been what he needed. I'm all in
