What's the word on this dude? You'd think he'd be suspended or something, but I've heard he may return this year. Anyone else know when that might be?

Harbaugh, Baalke, and the team doctor's will likely meet with rehab team over the bye week to assess his progress.
Optimistic - He returns after the bye and plays against Carolina.
Pessimistic - He returns for OTAs in 2014.
Realistic - He likely needs a few more weeks of rehab and some time to sort out his legal issues.

Hopefully he will rehab that horrible "jeri curl" he started rocking this season
