I have said this in the past, this site has the lowest football IQ in the nation. Get rid of Les crap has hit an all time low. 2011 we run the table beat Bama, play for the NCAA ship. 2012 we go 10-2 regular season only 3 or 4 plays away to play for the NCAA ship again. We are 6-2 with a completely new defense, with a chance to go major bowling again. Somebody tell when has LSU football been more elite than now ? I will answer this for all the football dummies on here NEVER I repeat NEVER has the LSU program been this good and that includes when Lil Nick Saban was here.

We haven't won a BCS bowl in 6 years. There's definitely room for improvement

I question your football IQ.....open your eyes to what Les's record really shows.

No doubt, but to bash Les's and push for his firing is plum stupid.

The overwhelming majority of posters on this site like Les Miles.

No, you are taking a bunch of post by a small minority of people and assuming it's everyones view. Out of the thousands of people who post here, relatively few would want to fire Miles right now. They just are very vocal about it.

2011 ... NCAA ship.

Why the hell did you have to bring THAT up again?

Its not even the "NCAA ship." Its the BCS National Championship.

2004 even.

Look at the play right before the Blue Grass Mircale.
LINK
Michael Clayton makes a reception and after he downs himself, reflexively jumps up and calls a timeout without delay. Does anyone think that would ever happen with Les as head coach?

Les is a great coach and probably the best we could get - but he lacks attention to detail and and his players lack the refined discipline that is evident in teams coaches by others such as you know who.

LSU greatest regular season run beating ranked team after ranked team was the 2011 Les's Miles team.

This is the general view most people have, I believe.

While this is true and it was remarkable, who cares? Does it matter? We got embarrassed in the NCG so that entire season is forgotten. It really is about winning championships which we haven't done.

If you think most of us here want to fire Miles, you are wrong. Many of us who support Miles are frustrated and are simply not ready to lower our expectations of LSU football.
