Beer garden line was ridiculous. 2 clueless ladies pouring from one fricken tap.
A lot of my favorite food vendors are missing. Hogs Head Cafe gone, Taco stand gone. BBQ Nachos were good but not as good as they used to be at the Hogs and the girl making them looked like she had no clue what she was doing.

The lamb chops and kobe beef steak in the chairman's club was delish.

They added a prime rib statio outside 118 so I'm thrilled

Christ, dude... You live in New Orleans. There are more quality restaurants per square mile in NOLA than any city on the planet and you're bitching about the availability of overpriced Aramark food served in an environment where you have to consume it with plastic knives and forks? Tell your fat stomach to calm TF down, that you'll head to Bourbon House or Domenica or Palace Cafe after the game for real food.

Pretty sure I saw steak tacos being sold in the upper level (Entergy Balcony).

They should get some real street tacos in there.

I need to walk around the first level concourse and take another look opening night. I have a feeling we'll see more options then. It didn't have the "wow" factor I expected last night.
The station outside of mac's section looked pretty good, and someone next to me did find a nice looking oyster poboy somewhere.
I didn't buy into my club seat group this year, but I'm going to pick up a few games and check out the club renovation and options.

So who was the big "New Orleans" food company that was coming to the Arena? They had discussed this a few months ago. Was it Zatarains?

No shrimp pasta, which I waited to eat until the game for.

It's almost as funny as hearing Baton Rouge people talk about food.
Baton Rouge people: "lets go get a frozen shrimp cocktail at Flemings. We are so cool."
Me: "frick You"
