how many of you knew in your gut that they were going to score?

I was praying that the defense stepped up and get a stop, but I had that feeling in my gut that they weren't going to stop them from scoring.

I was on the 25 yard line and told my OM alum buddy that they were about to feel the opposite of how they felt last week.

I knew it my gut.

I knew it in my heart.

I knew it in my mind.

They ran the same trap play over and over and over again with success. We could not stop their running game.

I had a feeling they were gonna score as well.

i was conflicted on it.
I knew 3rd and chavis has the history of failing in this situation plus our d is terrible this year.

on the other hand i know ole miss and they choke pretty bad. I figured it was 50/50.

I didn't count on les miles having another clock management frick up.

I was calling for a turnover. I knew that was the defenses only hope. Tre White came close to picking one.

I thought just let them score quickly so we have time. No way to win but I knew the end of the story.

I knew they were going to score just like I knew Georgia and Clemson were going to score. Its a pretty shitty feeling.

after the 3rd and 15 conversion I wanted to throw my remote through the tv. Thank god I am more laid back now that I am older.

My first text to a buddy I was conversing with during the game was...."We just scored too early again, didn't we?" His response..."Prolly."

Let's just say I was cautiously optimistic. Not being able to get stops on two separate third and longs dampened that.

I had a bad feeling also. I'm not a coach and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night. But it almost seems like we should have sold out to stop the run and short pass and if they beat us deep at least we'd have time left for the offense.

Of course if we had gotten a stop right there on that drive, we'd be crowing.

Threw my iPhone into my concrete basement wall and ruined it. Yep, I'm a dumbass. My wife just looks at me with disgust.

yeah, that 20 seconds with no timeouts would have guaranteed we drive down the field and score and go on to win the game.

When Wallace scrambled for that 1st down I knew it was over.

I knew they were going to score, the question was if we would have enough time to score at the end of the game.

Hoped for the best, but fully expected the worst.

Since I had to record it and watch it later, I ffwd'd through their final drive.

Every time I'd do a 30 second skip, the screen would show "1st and 10".

Don't even get me started about the timeout fiasco.

That was the least of our problems in that last drive. But it's low hanging fruit apparently.
