I bought two bottles at Callandros yesterday and I have to say it might be my favorite Parish Beer.

I have two bottles of the Southcoast cooling in my fridge right now too.

I havent had any of that for abut two years....interested to see how it is now.

I let someone who had never had an IPA try it last weekend, they couldn't finish the 6oz glass because they said it was like drinking grass.... I remember when I thought that way

Not way hoppy. I think it is a well done representative of the style. Nice hoppiness that moves well into the roastiness.

Yeah, Envie is the best year round offering from Parish IMO.

Im in the minority, but I liked Rougarou more... I didn't feel like dr H had enough hops... Tasted more like a stout to me. I still enjoyed it though. I need to get another one of each and do further research

True. Rougarou falls short compared to Dr. H, especially on the back end.
