I hate Bama and would rather see Oregon or FSU win it. If we beat Bama we are the spoilers and in return might stop the bleeding on the Bama invasion on Louisiana talent!! If not, Bama will continue to own Louisiana talent!!

I always feared the position where all we had to look forward to was ruining other people's seasons.

Ready to admit the decline yet?

So you don't want LSU to ruin Alabama's season?

I use to say that LSU could lose every game so long as they beat Bama. I'd be content with 1-11 that year. Well, now it's time to just spoil Bama's party and burn the house down.

Yeah, schadenfreude is a pretty poor motivation for anything.

This thread is sad proof that we are not a championship team anymore. It's crazy how much damage a leader who is happy and content can have.

Ok so we beat the gumps, they win out, play and win the SEC championship over Missouri and then jump the #2 undefeated team. How did we ruin the 3-peat again?

I will admit that admitting decline is a really hard thing to do, but I admitted decline when I watched the Florida game and saw a bunch of empty seats!! I said that's pretty damn pathetic. Those kids saw that shite. Don't think it doesn't have a negative impact on them, bc it does.

My top nine LSU wins I've ever seen in my life:
1. 2004 Sugar Bowl
2. 2007 BCS Championship Game
3. 2001 SEC Championship Game
4. 2003 SEC Championship Game
5. 2011 SEC Championship Game
6. 2007 SEC Championship Game
7. 1995 vs. Auburn
8. 1997 vs. Florida
9. 1993 @ Alabama

A win next week over Alabama would round out the top ten.

Yeah I'm not thinking that a win over Bama would really change anything for them....they still are going to probably get into the NC game. It's been every bit the nightmare that I envisioned when I heard the news that Saban was going to Bama.

Is that something really to aspire to?

Of course it is. Ruining their season is always good. Ruining anyone's season is always good.

It's ok to not win the championship every year just like it's ok for it to be somebody else's birthday sometimes, and since we're all adults, we have no need to be babies about that, but whether you do it by winning it all or just winning a regular season game, ruining someone's season is always pretty sweet.

Since when are we a team that gets excited about spoiling people's seasons?

Are you fricking kidding me?

I'm with you man, but that should only be the end-all for a disappointing season.
