I was invited to BR Beer Fest, just drank too much Saturday morning to drive up.

I wish you would have made it. Maybe next year.

Calender will be circled. You just need to promise me I won't miss an Arsenal match.

'Twas nice meeting you and Jones Saturday. Sad I didn't get a chance to make it to your work for more drinks that night. Got pretty lit on the other side of town and wasn't driving that far.

It was nice meeting you too. And that's okay. I napped until 11.. met them at my work.. then went to Cove for like 45 minutes.. and then went back to my work. I was great because of my nap but Jones was hammered.

LSU open date or away game is obvious. What time did the shenaigans start this past weekend? Arsenal started at 9:00am.

Y'all..

I'm really having some issues. Everything I've needed is on the top shelf and over the stove that has onions cooking. I can't reach anything!

Do you have a chair or step ladder? Both are taller than Jones.

Well, I usually cook at his house and we don't keep things out of reach because we are both short. But I'm at my house right now and my roommate is tall.

Okay.. what do you think? I'm doing Julia Child's way.. The onions are caramelizing.. then I am putting 3 tblspoons of flour, browning for a couple minutes, then deglazing with broth and wine and adding herbs. Then simmering 30 minutes.

Lol...

I am looking forward to pics of the finished product. I love French onion soup, and have a serious craving for some.

Yes, plus we wait until October in hopes for cooler weather.

I am not used to gas either. My sons mom has a gas stove at her familys river house and I hated to use it. I am used to a tempermental pos electric stove. :lol
