When I did the vegetarian diet I maintained weight, lost muscle and gained fat.

Drink a ton of water!

Meat, dairy, fish, fresh green vegatbles

Little sugar

No oil that doesn't come from a seed or animal.

limit starches, hard in our part of the country

Read every label of what you buy that you intend to put in your body

Just what i live by, take it or leave it.
