Give me the name of a replacement who would be an upgrade over Les. Here is the catch, this replacement would actually take the job and take it this January. No unrealistic names like Bill Cowher or Jimmy Johnson.

If any of you actually pay attention to other big SEC openings that have come open recently, finding that big sexy name is very hard to do. Would you really be happy with a Muschamp, Malzahn, Butch Jones hire?

I will await a legitimate name that would actually take the job. Here is a hint, little Nicky ain't coming back.

chip Kelly, the only downfall is the fact that Oregon could be in trouble with the whole willy lyles thing. les isn't going anywhere this year, so Kelly is my choice, in this hypothetical situation.

Who wants a guy, that's been out of coaching for 5 yrs, no college head coach experience and a 100-85 record

Malzahn is about to take a 3-9 (0-8 in SEC) team and have a better season than us, so yeah, I'd take him.

Yeah, I think the Eagles give him at least 2 more years. He will probably end up drafting JFF or Mariota and may turn things around.

It seems like Gruden's name always surfaces for many college jobs & I am not sure he wants to coach on the college level. Like you said, he has no college head coaching experience. I think LSU is the kind of program that can do better.

But as most others seem to be saying, it is doubtful that Miles is going anywhere.

I agree, and the crazy thing is, that's about how long miles has left (if things continue to go south).

seems like most of you want guys who run wide open offenses and would beat the non conference opponents 84 to nothing. then, when they played a team with a legit defense, would shite the bed. then you would want them fired for not putting a great defense on the field. got it.

I would say Jimbo but I dont think it would be realistic for him to leave FSU.
