Places to eat in Santa Ana California

I will be headed out that way for business this week. Does anyone have any recommendations for places to eat? I am not looking for fine dining, just a solid place to grab a casual dinner with co workers. Thanks.

Let me get some recs from friends. Santa Ana means Orange, Tustin, etc as well since I assume a car is involved. I know there is a good Mex place on the circle in orange.
