In second halves of 3 road SEC games, we have forced ZERO punts!

And it doesn't look like that trend will change in Tuscaloosa. That is not on the "young and inexperienced" defensive players, but on the "old and experienced" defensive coordinator. The defense had the same problems at the tail end of last season with experienced players.

Teams have Chavis figured out and he hasn't adjusted. Our last 4 losses have come in the last 3 minutes of the game with two coming on last second FGs. You can only blame talent for so long. Ole Miss had walk-ons playing last night and were still able to come up with stops and turnovers because their DC came up with schemes to do so.

Dude, at some point you need to blame Mett. 3 (THREE) INT's in the first half absolutely killed us. Ole Miss' confidence grew and we shite the bed. Mett fricked this one up bigtime.

You couldn't be more wrong. Last year against T&M he made adjustments and made them look like a high school offense in the second half.

He has done the same this yr. with little success because he doesnt have the horses in the stable, yet.

If you look across the country in close games, your observation would be the same. That is the way football games usually unfold.
